Exchanges

• We offer exchanges only, no refunds.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 3 Days of receiving the order.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  

Returns

• We do not offer returns or refunds.
• Products purchased during sales, discounts, or offers are not eligible for exchange.
  

Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images/videos.
• Once verified, we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
  

Important Notes

• Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
• Exchange shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
